Lumenex Advisory was built around a simple observation: strategy is only as valuable as an organization's ability to execute it.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy and operations, helping leaders take ideas that were still being defined and turn them into the capabilities, processes, governance, technology, and teams required to make them work.

My executive experience was shaped largely within healthcare, where I helped build and transform operational capabilities across analytics, self-funded health plans, provider data, credentialing, market integration, and enterprise initiatives. I joined Healthcare Highways during its earliest stage and grew alongside the organization, ultimately serving in executive leadership as the company expanded into new products, partnerships, and markets.

That experience taught me that many operational problems don't begin in operations.

They begin when strategy isn't translated clearly across the organization, when ownership is ambiguous, when functions optimize for different objectives, when technology is introduced before the operating model is understood, or when processes that worked at one stage of growth can no longer support what the organization is becoming.

That's the space where I do my best work.

I begin by understanding the vision and the business problem before prescribing a solution. I listen across levels of the organization, follow the work, examine the evidence, and identify where strategy, people, process, governance, data, and technology have become disconnected. From there, I help leaders build the operating structure required to move forward.

My approach is grounded in a few beliefs: strategy must be translated at every level; governance should create clarity rather than bureaucracy; organizations should optimize the system rather than individual departments; and operational processes should evolve in anticipation of growth without being expected to absorb unlimited strategic ambiguity.

Technology is part of that equation, including AI, but technology should enable the operating model, not define it. I use AI thoughtfully to strengthen analysis, decision-making, knowledge management, workflow design, and organizational capacity while remaining focused on the business problem it is intended to solve.
